MIL-DTL-17 (MIL-C-17) Coaxial Wire & Cable

MIL-DTL-17 (MIL-C-17) coaxial cable is an ideal and cost effective solution for applications requiring low-loss, stable operation from the relatively low frequencies through the higher frequencies in microwave and radar regions of the frequency spectrum. It provides signal transmission with the most up-to-date revision level of coax/triax cable. With military specification requirements, standardizations have been designed to meet the requirements for swept frequency, return loss and attenuation.

Cambridge Technologies offers many different varieties and configurations of MIL-DTL-17 spec coaxial cable ranging from nominal impedance of 25ohm to 185ohm, and a wide selection of overall diameters from 0.034 in. to 1.770 in. There is also a wide selection of materials for the dielectric, conductor, jacket, and shielding.

Due to its versatility and reliability, MIL-DTL-17 cables are used in aerospace applications such as antennas for ground support equipment, secure communications, radar systems, flight guidance equipment, and more, but they can also be used for:
