The colour is deep and rich. The aroma is most definitely strong in Cabernet, with mint, menthol, black olive and chocolate. Complex earthy and herbaceous notes blend with cedar and leather making this a very interesting wine indeed. The palate is full of life, has wonderfully intense fruit characters, it is exceptionally well structured with excellent tannins and balanced acidity. This wine is still very much in its youth and will greatly reward those with patience. Cellar for another 5-8 years with confidence. A perfect accompaniment with rich red meat
